What drew me to V2A was the fact I needed to determine a long-term road map for the business. I wanted a sustainable long-term enterprise that could add value to all stakeholders, and I was really looking at how do I create that vision? And then what are those day to day options I have to take to execute on that vision. I had to do a lot of soul searching in terms of just understanding what we value. That was probably one of the most valuable processes I went through that year, discovering who do we want to be and who do we not want to be.
